Thai salad    Carol Lybarger

 

> 1# spaghetti broken in 1/2, cooked

> in saucepan: 1/4 cup oil, 2 Tbsp sesame oil

> Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, remove.

> Stir in 6 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp salt, 5 Tbsp soy sauce in order.

> Stir and pour over cooked noodles.

> refrig over night or at least 2 hrs.

> Add 1/2 cup salted (not dry roasted) peanuts, 1/2 cup cilantro and 1/2

> cup green onions.
