> Pineapple Salsa From Ellyn Jones who got it from Rose Rook
> 2 Cups of Fresh Pineapple ( you can use the can )
> 4 Tablespoons of purple onion
> 1 bunch of green onions
> 2 Tablespoons of red bell pepper (optional)
> 3 tablespoons of cilantro (or to taste)

> 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper or chipotle
> 1 finely minced jalapeno pepper (without the seeds)
> juice of 1 whole lime
> 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
